Pick a prompt. Fill the brackets.

Every prompt uses [brackets] for the parts you fill in. Copy, replace, then review before you send.

Review before you send

Every prompt in our library uses [brackets] for the parts you fill in. Copy the full prompt, replace the brackets with your specifics, then read the output before using it. AI output is a strong first draft, not a finished product.

How to use a library prompt

  1. Copy the full prompt.Use the copy button. Don't paraphrase. The structure of the prompt matters. Small wording changes change the output.
  2. Replace every bracket. Each [bracket] is a variable. Fill them with real specifics from your deal or client. Vague inputs produce vague outputs.
  3. Read before you use.AI is a knowledgeable but fallible collaborator. Check the output against what you actually know. Correct what's wrong. Use what's right.
  4. Refine once, save it.When you find a version that works well for your context, save it to the team's shared prompt library. Your learning becomes everyone's asset.

Do this in Copilot
